We stayed at Foxwoods Grand Pequot recently to attend a concert. The hotel and casino were beautiful and clean. We used the Valet parking and it was quick and easy. The Premiere Theater was so nice. The seats were roomy and comfortable. We didn’t have time for shopping but it was nice that the outlets were right there in the casino. I would for sure take advantage of the shopping next time.
The only negative thing I have to say is that when I made my reservation and again via email before my arrival at the hotel, I requested a non smoking room. When I checked in I was told that there were only smoking rooms available. I accepted that because I wanted to get to dinner before the show. But I was not happy about it!

Room was very clean and allowed us an early check in. Only thing was that it smelled a little bit like smoke upon arriving.

From entry onto the property's long manicured drive until entry into our beautiful room everything was manicured, organized, decorated and clean! An excellent example that any property team that sincerely cares about their presentation, reputation and their guests' comfort and security - can do it!
