Qualidade interna do imóvel muito a desejar, cadeira quebrada, móvel da cozinha em estado ruim de conservação, infiltração no banheiro, vazamento na torneira do banheiro suíte, limpeza geral do apartamento muito a desejar, ar condicionado não gela de acordo. E diversos outros por menores que deveriam melhorar
