This space was created especially for those who wish to visit the cities of Pinda Moreira César, Aparecida, and Campos do Jordão in groups of family, friends, or couples, or even for those who are in the region for work. We cater to both workers and businesspeople who are in the region for professional reasons.

Our location is privileged, being 18 km from the Sanctuary of Aparecida (17 minutes by car), 20 km from the center of Pinda, 54.9 km from Campos do Jordão (1 hour by car), 45.3 km from Santo Antônio, 5.3 km from Guerdau, 2.5 km from Confab Industrial and 5.1 km from the Feital Industrial District.

The apartment is unique and located on the upper floor of the building. We always agree on the best way to hand over the keys to our guests. Smoking is not allowed on the premises, and only small pets are permitted. We ask that guests keep the space clean and organized, do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or leftover food in the refrigerator or sink, and please take out the trash. Parties are not allowed on the premises.

We are located in the largest district of Pindamonhangaba, the Moreira César District. The city is known as the National Capital of Recycling and stands out for its beautiful landscapes and its historical contribution during the Imperial period.

It is not known for certain when the place began to be called Pindamonhangaba, a word of indigenous origin meaning "place where fishhooks are made," derived from the combination of pindá (fishhook) with monhang (to make) and aba (place).

The city is located between the Serra da Mantiqueira and Serra Quebra Cangalha mountain ranges and is crossed by the Paraíba do Sul River. Due to its privileged location, the city offers diverse tourist attractions, including rural, adventure, gastronomic, cultural, and historical tourism, in addition to being close to the National Sanctuary of Aparecida.

Pindamonhangaba has been increasingly prominent in tourism. There are many leisure options in the city and in the rural area, including farm hotels, country houses, restaurants, fishing spots, cliffs, and resorts that offer diverse experiences.

In the city center, there is a rich historical and cultural heritage preserved and listed by CONDEPHAAT, including the palaces from the imperial era and the Main Church, which are open to visitors. You can also be enchanted by the beautiful Monsignor Marcondes Square, the Princess's Grove, and the Seven of September Square, in addition to several other attractions in the surrounding area.

Regarding transportation, there is a bus stop very close by that goes to the city center and the shopping mall. A little further away, there is a stop that goes to the city of Aparecida.
