Gostei do bairro, as casas ao redor não tem câmeras nem muro com concertina, aparenta ser bem seguro, deixei o carro na rua por praticidade. Na rua tem um food truck que ficou aberto até depois das 23h00, então passa tranquilidade. Casa espaçosa, limpa, organizada, charmosa. Tem que subir escadas pra acessar, o que pra gente foi muito tranquilo. A ventilação é excelente, os quartos tinham mais de uma janela, permitindo ventilação cruzada.
Algum vizinho fez bastante ruído a noite toda os dois dias que ficamos lá. Entrou pernilongo nos quartos, gostaria de ter lembrado de levar raquete elétrica. E as formiguinhas fizeram a festa nos doces que a anfitriã nos deixou de cortesia.
