Le canapé qui fait énormément de bruit quand on assoie ou qu’on bouge à peine la nuit . Cela nous as réveillé nous avons mis le matelas par terre. Il était confortable mais il fait trop de bruit.. Et petite remarque sur l’extérieur , le salon de terrasse est rempli de caca de pigeons .. c’est dommage nous n’avons pas pu en profiter..

Ubicación excelente, con terraza, bien equipado y televisión smart. Pascal y Valerie muy atentos y no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema.

Lo único que no nos gustó tanto fue el sofá cama, ya que el colchón es demasiado fino para nuestro gusto. Habríamos preferido una cama doble normal aunque ocupe más espacio.

The studio is easy to find and well positioned to explore and sightsee. The studio was clean and tidy and had everything that you need, the terrace was lovely and not overlooked as property opposite was empty and it was in the sun for most of the day / evening. Little videos on how things work were useful.

Sadly, for a light sleeper the noisy springs on the sofa bed were awful! Comfortable mattress, just creaking all the time! Unfortunately, the Studio is next to a large derelict site where local people are congregating, which resulted in aggressive shouting until the early hours of the morning, arguing and fighting. The area felt unsafe for a solo female traveller as you needed to pass it to get to / from the studio. As a result of this I didn't feel I could go out at night. I stayed for 3 out of the 4 nights I had booked but then left early as I had had enough. I informed the hosts as to why I had left early but my concerns were pleasantly side stepped and they said that they felt Beziers was a safe city. I agree that the city felt very safe for a savvy solo traveller just not the area that the Studio is in, and two steel doors and 3 very secure locks on the studio door maybe indicates that safety / security is an issue?
