A staircase will lead you directly to the terrace, and from there, a large bay window opens onto the apartment... For lovers of serenity!.
Fully independent apartment in a family house from 1609, in volcanic stone, in the heart of the old village of Portiragnes. Very quiet, close to the Canal du Midi, the nature reserve, the sea (5 Km) and ideal for walks... in the surrounding area: Sète, Pézenas, Carcassonne, Cap d'Agde.
You will access your accommodation through a collective entrance hall leading you directly to the 2nd floor where the apartment is located... From there you will arrive on the Tropezian terrace in exotic wood, enclosed by walls, where garden furniture and barbecue await you... A large bay window then opens onto the fully equipped apartment, consisting of a kitchenette, a dining area, a bed and an independent bathroom (bed linen and towels provided).... from the bed you can keep an eye on the TV and the terrace... Only you have access to the accommodation as well as to the terrace...
In the Village, less than 100 meters away, you have access to all amenities (mini-market, bakery, butcher, tobacconist/newsagent, pharmacy, medical center, bars and restaurants...).
I can possibly make myself available to pick you up at Béziers train station or at Béziers Cap d'Agde airport if necessary!
