Stairs are narrow and good luck getting an invoice!!!

The apartment was modern and decorated nicely. The location was great. The owner was very responsive and understanding when my son lost the apartment key during our stay.

The stairs were extremely narrow and difficult for me to navigate due to my disabilities. The stairs should be something to make people aware of due to people’s disabilities and the amount of luggage they will have to take back and forth. I reached out to the owner during my stay to request an invoice. My first contact was made in October and now it’s December and he has still failed to provide it after multiple requests forcing me to wait to be reimbursed from my job until the invoice is sent.

Pretty good stay

The location is quiet at night and easy to find. There were plenty of free parking spots. There is a small supermarket and pharmacy around the corner. The bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of supplies and you get very nice towels. Contact with the owner of the apartment was pretty easy although I had to translate it for I don't speak French.

There was a bit of a weird smell in the bathroom. It does look hygienic. There seems to be just some residue from hard water. It was a bit noisy early in the morning but nothing what the host can change. Just people from the village being early birds and some ambulances or firetrucks I'm not sure that drive through the town. I guess behind the apartment is a "go through" street for them. Nothing unmanageable though.

Nothing it wasn’t the one we actually booked and we weren’t told until after we actually turned up at the original booking to find it closed

Everything, up extremely steep and narrow steps, no bed for my children, not what we booked, one plate for four people, had to call the host as there was no sheets, then they were dirty just hideous really

Niet boeken!

De accommodatie is niet op slot dus iedereen kan zomaar binnen wandelen. Bij aankomst bleek ons appartement al ingenomen door iemand anders. Deze persoon had eigenlijk het appartement gelijkvloers en wij met ons gezin het eerste verdiep. Uiteindelijk zijn wij dan ook op het gelijkvloers gaan kijken. Dit appartement heeft een bed en een zetelbed maar is de naam zetelbed niet waardig. Het is een zetel die open geklapt wordt en dan een frame wordt waar een matras op kan. Een matras is wel niet aanwezig waardoor de eigenaar dus verwacht dat je op een metalen frame slaapt... De eigenaar was heel de avond niet bereikbaar dus we konden niet tot een oplossing komen. Ook van booking.com konden we niet op hulp rekenen. Het pand op de eerste verdieping heeft wel 2 bedden maar is niet geschikt voor 2 volwassenen. De foto's zijn bedrieglijk en de accommodatie is eigenlijk niet geschikt voor meer dan 2 personen. Wij hebben er niet overnacht en zijn huiswaarts gekeerd. De eigenaar bevestigt verschillende malen aan mij dat hij akkoord is met een terugbetaling. Hier komt helaas echter niets van. Ook van booking.com kan ik niet op hulp rekenen. Zij zien perfect in de conversaties dat de eigenaar akkoord gaat voor terugbetaling maar ik krijg als antwoord dat de eigenaar dit niet bevestigd heeft aan hen zelf waardoor ze niets kunnen doen. Ik voel mij opgelicht door zowel de eigenaar als booking.com en kan maar 1 ding aanbevelen. Doe uzelf een plezier en boek ergens anders!

Perfecte locatie voor overnachten met gezin vlakbij Pairi Daiza.

Volledig appartementje ter beschikking. Op de gelijkvloers, met koertje. Perfect voor ons gezin.

Het bed kraakte bij elke beweging. Het zetelbed was er hard. Gelukkig hebben de kinderen er geen last van gehad… Het sponsje in de keuken, was aan vervanging toe.

Appartement bien décoré, spacieux, bien agencé, équipé L'appartement est bien doté de 2 grands lits, et de 2 petits canapés. Donc vraiment spacieux. Les photos ne sont pas assez représentatives de l e space. Une vraie bonne surprise

L'endroit nickel pour passer une nuit avant de visiter le parc animalier. Propriétaire réactif. Appartement en très bon état.

Les escaliers sont effectivement étroits pour y arriver mais rien d'insurmontable pour des personnes valides. Mettez peut être une photo des escaliers sur booking ca donnera une idée aux gens.

très pratique pour aller au parc Pari Daisa et hôte compréhensif. Difficile d'accès pour PMR !

L'hôte avait fait le nécessaire pour que l'on puisse entrer sans problèmes, vu notre arrivée tardive. Cependant comme nous ne l'avions pas vu il n'a pas pu nous prévenir que la porte de l'immeuble serait ensuite fermée automatiquement et le matin quand je suis parti chercher le petit déjeuner pas moyen de revenir dans la maison et pas moyen de prévenir mon épouse restée à l'appartement car il n'y avait pas encore de sonnette ... finalement on a eu de la chance et j'ai pu appeler cette dernière en criant de la rue ...

Nous avons été très surpris de découvrir l'escalier pour arriver au deuxième étage de la maison qui était très étroit et difficile pour moi qui ai des problèmes de mobilité. Enfin, j'ai tout de même pu y accéder après bien des efforts avec nos bagages.

Slecht en niet volgens omschrijving!!

Had begaande grond gereserveerd maar moest naar de loft. Alle spullen twee smalle trapje omhoog slepen. Voordeur moest op slot, bij brand zit je als een rat in de val boven. Brandbeveiliging was nog niet aangesloten. Wifi was extreem traag. nachtkastjes net als koffie en thee mogelijkheid was niet aanwezig. Zo kan ik nog even door gaan. Niet aan te raden.

Le logement est moderne spacieux avec tout ce qu'il faut. Proche du lieu où nous devions nous rendre pairi daiza

Le lit (clic clac) dans le salon était très dur pas du tout confortable pour dormir pour mon fils un surmatelas serai mieux. Au rez de chaussé dommage qu'on entendez beaucoup les aller et venu des autres locataires

Dommage pour les manquements et les choses pas top.

Pas très facile à trouver car pas d'identification de la maison. Les habitants proches ne connaissaient pas l'établissement Botanique Appart-Hôtel ! Si j'ai choisi le rez-de-chaussée c'est parce que j'ai des difficultés à me déplacer donc le parking dit "proche" était à plus de 20 m de la maison et le trajet à pied du parking public jusqu'à la maison était dans une obscurité totale !!

Concernant la chambre, les stores ne descendaient pas jusqu'à l'appui de fenêtre car trop courts, donc les passants dans la rue me voyaient debout et certainement couchée !!!! Pour pallier à ce problème, la personne qui m'a donné les clefs et qui m'a fait le tour de l'appart a installé des oreillers pour empêcher au mieux la vision dans la chambre !!! Quant à la Télévision, beaucoup de difficultés pour le branchement (le préposé a mis plus d'une heure pour le raccordement) et en plus des chaînes pas connues donc pas TF1, pas France 2, pas RTL, etc.. et idem très compliqué d'avoir le Wi-Fi. Quant à la cuisine, la bouilloire électrique annoncée était manquante, donc je n'ai pas pu faire mon thé !! Très désagréable pour mon petit-déjeuner. Le bac poubelles sous l'évier était plein !! L'évier pas très net !! Finalement j'ai mangé le soir à l'extérieur et ainsi que le petit-déjeuner le lendemain matin. Quant à la salle de bain, le peignoir annoncé était manquant, donc pas agréable à la sortie de la douche !! Je n'ai pas pu apprécier la terrasse extérieure car arrivée tard donc obscurité totale et départ tôt le matin donc obscurité totale .

Superbe emplacement a quelques minutes de Pairi Daiza, Nous avons passe un séjour agréable avec nos enfants? Parking gratuit et juste a cote de l'établissement L'appartement est très bien décoré et aménagé avec une belle terrasse au calme.
