The decor and bedroom was nice and modern, so were the facilities

The bathroom. The shower was cold. Theres no toilet roll holder which is shocking. The other guests are close by so you can easily hear them

I loved the French-inspired interior design. The bathroom and dressing area stood out for me. I enjoyed the peaceful sound of the water fountain near my unit while having tea and reading in the mornings.

Unfortunately, several aspects of my stay were disappointing: 1.Sleeping Comfort: The mattress was old and squeaky, making restful sleep nearly impossible. 2.Towels: I was provided with grey, bleach-stained towels. White towels would be a better choice, as they clearly show cleanliness and freshness. 3.Tea Station: Coffee and sugar were kept in refillable basins. For hygiene reasons, individually wrapped sachets of sugar and teabags would be far more appropriate. 4.Check Out Experience: On departure, I was sent a long list of cleaning tasks (such as taking out the trash and placing towels in the bathroom). This was frustrating, guests pay to relax, not to perform chores before leaving. Overall, while the décor and peaceful atmosphere were highlights, the lack of comfort, hygiene, and guest consideration overshadowed the experience. With improvements in bedding, linen quality, tea station hygiene, and check‑out policies, this property could truly match the beauty of its design and location.
