The interior was so beautiful and impressive, we had a beautiful view of the city through the windows , talk about the temperature control system? Very Impressive 👌 lastly the communication was excellent.
Milk sachets were not enough, only two were provided and I booked for the whole weekend , we didn’t get room service (housekeeping) and it’s Oky but 1 tissue for the whole weekend for two adults isn’t enough . Kindly improve on that.

The location is exceptional, and its safe
The door access card wasnt opening, we had to ask reception whenever we wanna go inside the room, then the reception calls control room to come open for us.They promised to come fix it the next morning of our arrival but no one came until we checked out. The room wasnt the one I expected compared to the pictures.
