Just some advise. Since this accommodation is in a complex , its a block of flats, its important to fumigate regularly. Only problem I had was, for very small cockroaches that were seen in the flat. There is a doom bomb that you can get from the supermarket, it is very helpful and will solve your problem.

The room is very clean everything was working perfectly
Nice washing machine and dryer nice kitchen everything was perfect

Location- it’s close to mall and supermarkets.
The carpet was dusty, the place needs a bit of an upgrade. The cleaning was not thorough.
