I found this place to be excellent once I worked out how to get inside. It had everything I needed. A small kitchenette, a washing machine and dryer. It was a little apartment.
The issue was getting inside. There is a check in/ out machine at the entry. No staff at all on site. So, you go through the check in process, which is fairly straightforward. Then the machine spits out a receipt. Now the fun begins. On the receipt there are two codes. One for the front door and one for your apartment. There are also multiple Japanese symbols.
I genuinely couldn't work out how to key these codes to make them work. I emailed the property. The response was simply telling me what the codes were. After about 20 minutes I realised that the Japanese symbols were part of the codes and also had to be keyed. So it really was quite simple, but poorly explained. I basically put it down to I'm tired and I'm an older person who isn't tech savvy. UNTIL, over the four days I stayed at the property I met 3 other people who were having exactly the same issues with the check in process. Much younger people than me. I explained it to them and showed them how it worked with the codes they had. So I don't believe it was actually me being an idiot. I think that they need to look at a better way of communicating how the system works.

Good value. Walkable to everything
Room a bit small for an apartment but ok for single person
Fridge is a mini bar type so beware if you plan to store a lot of food.

The pictures aren't reflective of the room. It was more a b&b than a hotel.
It's really small and you can see that it's tired and needs refreshing. There was dust on the shelves so we had to wipe it before use. There was no manned conceirge. The washer in the room was useful. Check in was easy.
If we weren't misled by the photos and knew what we were getting ourselves into, we wouldn't have felt so shortchanged.
