We enjoyed our stay at Villa Garden Prime Location New Cairo by Best of Bedz. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. It also had everything we needed in the kitchen, which was very helpful.
Some furniture was broken, but it did not affect our stay. The main issue was that there was no housekeeping at all, even though daily housekeeping was supposed to be included. We called and asked, but no one came during our 9-day stay. We understand Eid may have affected service for a few days, but not for the entire stay. Even the doorman was absent the whole time.
Also, the towels were not enough for 6 guests staying 9 days, since only two sets were provided
