More then I expected
When I first got there I was very happy just how close it is to the hospital. I have some back issues so I was very thankful that they had a 1st floor unit available and I didn't have to do the stairs. Walking in surprised me a little. I wasn't expecting it to look so nice, the pictures don't really do it justice. Whoever decorated really put some thought into it. I had everything I needed, and even somethings I didn't lol. The host was very nice, she was very quick to respond to any of my questions. I would definitely stay there again.
The bed was very comfortable, but it was a bit lower to the ground then I'm use to, so getting up and out the bed was a little challenging, but that's just more my preference then anything. I like to slide down out of the bed. Other than that preference I have nothing to complain about. It was more then I expected.

We booked a one bedroom with a pull out couch. When we got to the property there was no pull out couch just a standard couch. The host was more that gracious and allowed us to stay the night and seek other accommodations with a full refund. Outstanding customer service. Her understanding was greatly appreciated. I would book again from her.
