Newly renovated unit in a duplex near Nationwide Children`s and downtown. Kick off your shoes and enter your private and welcoming yet modern nest featuring a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with Queen beds, two full bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and cooking supplies. Bedrooms feature comfy queen-sized beds with soft linens. Serene and welcoming ambiance.

Set in up-and-coming Driving Park, this property offers a balance between a transitioning yet peaceful, residential area and the excitement of downtown Columbus. Enjoy the neighborhood conveniences of nearby restaurants and grocery stores, the unique cultural experiences of nearby historic German Village and Hungarian Village, and the trendy fun of Short North, the Arena District, and Ohio State`s campus.

The neighborhoods are Nationwide Children`s Hospital are growing each day. Tree-lined sidewalks offer easy access to local shops, restaurants, parks, and the vibrant cultural scene that Columbus has to offer. Close proximity to hospitals (Nationwide Children`s is 1 mile away), colleges, and highways for convenient travel.

Walking, biking, and driving are all great ways to get around here. Single driveway, plus free street parking. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a link to our home’s Guidebook, detailing the best places to visit, eat, and shop in the area.

4% credit card fees will not be refunded for guest cancellations or modifications.

SUMMARY
• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM.
• No parties. Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance. Parties may result in a $1,000 fee and immediate cancellation without refund.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Any evidence of smoking may result in a $1,000 fee and immediate cancellation without refund.
• Pets must be pre-approved. $35/night (up to $200) or $200 flat for 30+ nights. Unapproved pets = $1,000 fine and cancellation without refund.
• Treat the property with care. No tampering with smoke detectors or cameras.
• Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, plus applicable fines.

GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE
• Please treat the property as you would your own home.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors.
• In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours.
• No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved.
• The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property, inside or outside.
• Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.
• Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation.
• Additional cleaning or repairs may be billed. These are not covered by the $1,000 smoking violation fine.
• Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.

CLEANING AND CARE
• Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash.
• No candles, incense, or strong-smelling substances.
• Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering.
• For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately.
• Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

LONG-TERM STAYS
• 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in.
• Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance.
• If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook.
• Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules.
• Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

PET POLICY
• No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. This includes short visits.
• For short stays: $35/night pet fee (capped at $200).
• For long stays (30+ nights): $200 flat pet fee per pet.
• Emotional support animals are treated as pets and require approval and fees. Only registered service animals with proper documentation are exempt from the pet fee.
• All animals must be house-trained, non-destructive, and quiet. Dogs must be crated when in the property without a responsible adult in charge of their care.
• Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. Litter boxes and pet food must not be left outside.
• No pets may be left outside without supervision.
• Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation without refund, and removal.

SAFETY, SECURITY, AND BEHAVIOR
• Exterior cameras are in use at all entry points.
• Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or other safety devices.
• Do not share keys or entry codes with anyone not listed on the reservation.
• Illegal activity (drug use, theft, vandalism, harassment, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and may be reported.
• Do not remove or damage anything in the home. Guests will be billed for missing or broken items.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
• Guests are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for loss or theft.
• We do not forward mail or packages after departure. Please update your shipping address if needed.
• If your reservation is cancelled due to rule violations, you must remove all belonging from the property. Any vehicles left of the property after cancellation will be towed at the car owner`s expense.
