It’s not quite as chic as the title suggests. The photos on Booking.com are definitely more flattering than the reality. The fireplace in living room and the ceiling fan / remote in the bedroom didn’t work for, and the bed frame is in desperate need of replacement.

Location was good close to downtown, neighbors were very friendly, quiet location

No iron or ironing board, no TV in the bedroom, no large dresser in the bedroom, ugly spot on the carpet when you walk in

Great location and outdoor patio.

There was a lot of deferred maintenance. The window crank did not operate properly. The carpet was very dirty with a large stain. I had walked around on the carpet with white socks that turned black due to the dirt. The condo above us had very noise tenants with children jumping up and down on our ceiling (their floor)and we could hear the constant noise. We talked to the tenants directly and asked them to please lower the noise level, but they said their children were very active and they could not help it. We then called our property manager to let them know this was a problem. They told us that since they did not manage that property they could not do much. They did say they would try to contact the HOA, but ultimately the noise continued. The host/manager could have offered a discount for our inconvenience but they chose not to. Outside of the front door looked like it had not been swept in weeks. Very dirty.
