What we liked:
The view of the forest was lovely and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The availability of a bonfire was also a nice touch, although we did not get a chance to use it. The dental kit and slippers provided were thoughtful additions. Food service was quick, and while the quality was just okay, the service itself was prompt.
Overall, the property has some nice features and amenities, especially the forest view, but cleanliness and the handling of guest concerns could definitely be improved.
What could be better:
Early check-in was not possible, which was a little inconvenient. The cups and plates provided were dirty, and when we requested replacements, the request was denied. The linen also had some stains and appeared slightly unclean, with a few burnt marks as well.
Unfortunately, we also found a hair in the food. When this was brought to the host’s attention, it did not seem to be acknowledged or addressed, which was disappointing.
Overall, the property has some nice features and amenities, especially the forest view, but cleanliness and the handling of guest concerns could definitely be improved.
