Logement petit mais très fonctionnel en plein centre de Chania : 4-5 minutes à pied des gros supermarchés (un petit Carrefour Market est aussi au croisement de la rue en bas de l’immeuble) et de la station centrale de bus. Nourriture pour le petit déjeuner mise à disposition, équipements au top avec une machine à laver et Netflix + un balcon idéal pour manger et sécher le linge dehors.

Salle de bains très petite et vite trempée quand on se douche, même s’il y a un rideau pour limiter un peu cela.

This studio was the hilight of my 7 day holiday in Crete. It was just perfect for me: right in the middle of everything but still in a quiet street, close to the KTEL bus stop but also to Agora where all the day trips start. The host is very kind and helpful, I can't thank enough for giving me the opportunity to enjoy the sun and the amazing view from the balcony. I was so happy when I woke up or when I came back to my cozy nest. It was spotless clean, I did not miss everything, there are shops around but you can also cook light dishes. Efharisto poli!

The shower was very tiny but it was not a big deal for me. The light and the view were way more important for me.

The best thing about this apartment is definitely its location. The rest was okay, but the apartment feels quite dated and could benefit from some renovation. The balcony is lovely, but unfortunately the awning appeared to be intentionally fixed in place so it couldn't be retracted. This was disappointing because it blocked much of the beautiful view. It also made the balcony feel quite enclosed, claustrophobic, and lacking in openness and fresh air, which took away from what could have been the best part of the apartment.

Another thing we didn't like was the outdoor bench, which had a mattress placed on top of it. The mattress looked quite old and not particularly clean, making the whole setup feel neglected and uninviting. It wasn't very pleasant to look at and gave the outdoor space a rather untidy appearance. Unfortunately, the bathroom was one of the biggest downsides of the apartment. There isn't a proper shower enclosure, so you have to shower in a very small space between the sink and the toilet. It's quite uncomfortable and impractical, making it difficult to shower properly. Another major issue was the construction work taking place throughout our stay. Every morning we were woken up by loud noise shortly after 8:00 a.m., making it impossible to sleep in or fully relax during our holiday. We informed the host about the situation, and while he told us he would do his best to resolve it, the noise started again the following morning, even on a Sunday, at around 8:45 a.m. This was extremely disappointing and made what should have been a relaxing holiday much more stressful.
