Tiene una excelente ubicación , la cocina tiene muy buenos electrodomésticos , sábanas limpias , camas cómodas, tiene aire acondicionado para el verano ( sin él sería imposible) . Tiene un buen diseño .
El tercer piso ( es triple) no es habitable ,aún con aire acondicionado, en verano ( me quedé en agosto ) por el calor. Faltan ollas para usar su excelente cocina . La sala no es tan funcional .

Appartement bien situé proche des transports en communs commerce à proximité, personnel bien aimable et disponible Bon rapport qualité prix.
L'appartement est bien dans l'ensemble, mais ce que je n'ai pas bien apprécié. Ce sont les meubles à l'occurrence le lit double qui n'est pas stable, style scandinave avec les pieds qui sont presque déboités, les lattes qui tombent a chaque mouvement, le canapé lit était sans pieds déformé du coup impossible de passer une bonne nuit dessus, le fauteuil instable aussi.

Le manque de vaisselle. Seulement 2 petites cuillères pour 2! Et 3 tasses dont une qui fuit.

The tram station is right in front of me, so it's convenient, and there's a supermarket on the ground floor, so I didn't have to carry heavy luggage. This amount of money was good value in the city of Montpellier.
"I stayed for 12 days, but the roof leaked on the third day, and there was no repair or improvement until the last day." "Also, the key was broken, so I couldn't lock the door, so I was in trouble."
