Clear instructions. Flat met our needs perfectly.
The discription includes parking as I had it as a filter but after booking I receive a note stating it's public parking 5 mins away.

Compact and well organised flat in a good location for the old town of Montpellier. The instructions for getting into the property, how things work, parking, etc were excellent.

Good location for exploring the old town area and places of interest.
We were on an inter-rail trip so it was great to have the use of the washing machine.
Coffee machine with ground coffee.
Quiet area. Good air conditioning.
Good communication from owner with clear instructions and videos.
The photographs made the property look a bit bigger than it actually is.
The bed sheets, pillows and towels were a bit musty and the quilt had stains on it. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
The toilet seat needed tightening and some of the cutlery and crockery needed a good clean (some cooking utensils were sticky).
Entrance corridor is dark and unwelcoming.
Most of these things could be easily rectified.
