    The check-in location is by Kyoto Station and different to the actual accommodation which is an important detail, which was not that clear when booking, I only noticed when reading another review - that said it was quite easy. The room was fun for the kids and they loved it. We had a Sea Room and it was a little tight for 2 adults and 2 kids with our luggage, but it worked for 5 nights. Our kids enjoyed the interactive wall at the entrance and the climbing wall and playhouse on either floor. We used the laundry which was super easy and efficient. We loved the location and neighborhood. Great quiet residential area with good bakeries and ramen places. We also spent time at the nearby park which had a good playground at the far end. Value for money it was good and we would consider it again.

    The check in counter is a bit of a walk from the train station. Check in process was inefficient, we waited for 30minutes even though we have pre checked in already. Also waited another 30minutes for the shuttle from the counter to the hotel itself. That's 1 hour wasted. 😔
