We had a wonderful five-night stay at Palm Suites in Mbale. Our accommodation felt like having our own little house rather than staying in a hotel. It was spacious, comfortable, functional and had everything we needed to feel at home. We really enjoyed the privacy and peaceful atmosphere, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. A special thank you to the lovely lady who managed the property during our visit. She was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, and provided excellent service. She really made us feel welcome. We have nothing but positive things to say about Palm Suites. It was a very pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! Kind regards, Judith and Kim Denmark & Uganda
