Great location, easy access, and the host was amazingly helpful.
The building has a good 24h gym and a grab-and-go market.
24h/7 doorman, always very helpful.
The location is a bit dark, but I felt quite safe.
The walls are too thin, and I could hear a lot of the noise from my upstairs neighbor (especially when flushing).
The closeness to the nearby avenue also produces a lot of noise in the evening, if you are not used to it.
The mattress was a bit too hard for my back, but nothing that prevented me from sleeping.

Gostei da sala, cozinha e copa, geladeira e cafeteira
Não gostei de não ter rolos reservas de papel higiênico.
