A miners rest!

Owner was very unprofessional and assumed things that were not true.

Old, pealing paint in the shower. I couldn’t breathe once I got in the home. I only do that if there is mold or had cats in the home in the past. I tried to add a day but was told it was unavailable so I stayed somewhere else prior to getting there. When I arrived I immediately contacted the owner, she thought I was just trying to get out of staying there so she refused to give me a refund. She said that her husband was an Arkansas State Police officer and she was going to send him over to show me there wasn’t any mold. I waited 30 minutes, he never showed. Very rude!

Great location. House was nice. Lots of cabinet space and storage area. The Beds were extremely comfortable and so were the pillows, which is a big plus. We did use the laundry facilities. The bathroom in the kids room was nice! The living area was comfortable and spacious.

It could have been more clean., but was fine for us. We were only there to sleep. The cabinets in kitchen and laundry area were unorganized and messy. The main bath was very outdated and needs remodeled, but everything worked. The washer didn’t fill like it should but the dryer was great. The rule book stated there was to be a deadbolt lock on the door, but there was none, only the key code panel.

Best wagon I've wondered on

This place is such a gem 💎 I'm so glad I picked here to stay. Everything about the place was amazing. The location is excellent 5 mins from everything. The square has awesome shops, and the staff are so cool to talk to .. the feed bin Cafe has awesome food.. and also coffee connections have cool gifts and awesome owners.. and Hawkins point corner has theeee best coffee.. amazing little area.. give yourself plenty of time to take it all in.. It's like stepping back into the past of awesomeness.

It’s a good house, but it needs a deep clean and an exterminator very badly.

Location is great for a diamond mining trip. Amenities were good. (Game room, lots of beds, fast internet)

I’m not sure if they didn’t have time to clean between guests or what, but the place is not clean. Plastic forks on the floor, snack remnants from other guests on the furniture and floor under the cabinets, thick layer of dust on ceiling fans, and the worst part, ROACHES. BIG ROACHES. (See pictures)

No communication and no accountability.

Never got communication from this host until I called requesting the door code. Gave me a door code over the phone that I saved but ended up being the wrong code. Still never any email or text so I was able to have in case it was forgotten or miscommunicated for any reason. We finally got in at 1am and tried to call the host many time with no answer. They finally responded hours later at 3am with a text with the door code. If this number was able to text it should have done to confirming the door code like all the other places we have booked. Communication in the following morning just was the host blaming me I saved the code wrong and refusal to refund even though by the time we had heard back about the door code we had already driven 1.5 hours away for a hotel because they was literally nothing else open in the area to book at that time.

Stay Here

We only stayed here for one night but we would love to come back for longer! The house was clean, had tons of character, & was in a perfect location. The game room was an added bonus & kept our kids entertained. We will definitely stay here if it's available on any future trips to the area.

Great house, great location. We will be back!

It goes without saying the location can’t be beat. Walking distance to the most adorable shops, and only a mile to the Crater of Diamonds?!? Yes! The house is the perfect place for family fun and togetherness. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of common areas to enjoy together. Endless entertainment for our kids and lots of relaxation for everyone. Lovely coffee bar, super fun bunk beds, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. For entertainment there was arcade games, board games, card games, smart TV, DVD player and even a VCR!! We LOVED the cozy atmosphere, it reminded us of being gathered at grandmas house for the holidays. Highly recommend this nostalgic and convenient home!
