PROVILLAS - Ι, ΙΙ & ΙΙΙ - Luxury Villas with private pool near Retrymno

La maison est très moderne et très bien équipée. La piscine est très bien avec un fond à 1.40 m partout et suffisamment de chaises longues. Très bon emplacement dans un village situé à 10 minutes de la vieille ville de Rethymnon. Supermarché juste à côté et boulangerie à 2 minutes.

Il n’y a pas de vue et l’espace extérieur n’est pas très privatisé. À la vue de tous mais c’est une rue avec impasse donc très peu de passage.

Este o proprietate conform celor descrise, spațioasă, curata, aer condiționat în fiecare camera, piscina mare curata si foarte bine întreținută de o persoana specializata, intr-o zonă liniștită, dar la 10 minute de Rethymnon, cu supermaket in apropiere. Proprietara Chrysoula, este o doamna de nota 10, am interactionat putin pentru ca nu am avut nevoie de nimic, doar de o mica garnitura la unul din dusuri, dar cu toate ca am intrebat-o unde gasesc un magazin sa pot cumpara aceasta garnitura, a rezolvat ea in 2 minute. Cu siguranță ne vom intoarce aici cand vom reveni in Creta.

Totul a fost excelent

Ein schönes, neues Haus mit einer tollen Ausstattung. Gross, hell und modern. Tolle Betten und Bettwaren, große Fenster mit bestem Insektenschutz und ein toller Pool. Wir konnten das Haus sogar vor 15:00 beziehen: ein netter und unkomplizierter Service.

Der Wohnbereich ist etwas lieblos eingerichtet, was gar nicht zur tollen Ausstattung des restlichen Hauses passte und die Küchenutensilien hätten zum Teil einer gründlicher gereinigt werden können. Man benötigt definitiv ein Auto und sollte beachten, dass es durch die Straße sehr laut ist.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would happily return. The property was incredibly private, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. It was modern, stylish, and very well equipped, with comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. The huge fridge was ideal for storing food and drinks, and there was plenty of seating both inside and outside, making it great for spending time together. The pool was excellent and got sunshine for most of the day, which made it even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a beautiful villa that had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

There were just a few minor areas that could be improved. It would have been nice to have some bottled water in the fridge on arrival, although soft drinks such as Coke and tonic water were provided, which was a thoughtful touch. There were quite a few ants around the pool area and occasionally some in the kitchen near the sink, which was a little inconvenient. We also didn’t receive any housekeeping or maid service during our stay, although we’re not sure if this was something we needed to arrange in advance. None of these issues significantly affected our holiday, but addressing them would make the experience even better.
