Location close to main tourist attractions, metro station and supermarket. Clean apartment with all kitchen and cleaning utensils available.

The property is located in a deserted area with many homeless people and drug users. It is not a safe place for those planning to arrive late. There are no surveillance cameras at the entrance gate or in the hallways. The host seems to have no experience with guests and was always rude when contacted. We had difficulty solving the access problem at the main entrance. There is no place to store luggage until check-in time.

The property had nice decor inside and was very close to the downtown area.

The host was a bit unresponsive, the tub was clogged when taking showers, the master bathroom shower had no hot water, the hallways, elevators and surrounding outside area were dirty and smelled of marijuana, none of the television remotes had working batteries, and the master bedroom’s television had issues with the sound going in and out. The train was a bit loud, but it didn’t bother me and my family. Also, the pool was dirty, but that has nothing to do on the host’s part.
