Treasures of Zanzibar House

The room was spacious, comfortable, and featured a lovely balcony that provided a relaxing atmosphere. Every detail contributed to a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh options. Special thanks to Bianca and the other ladies for their warm hospitality and attentive service each morning. I like to acknowledge Mr. Elly from the night shift, who provided a warm and professional welcome upon my arrival. His kindness and helpful attitude were greatly appreciated. I was also impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided, including earbuds, which reflected the hotel's attention to guest comfort. In short, What I had seen on the website, reflects the reality and pictures were accurate, which made my expectations easy to meet.Thanks Treasures of Zanzibar, my wife had lots of pictures and memories here.

Beautiful renovated building and super friendly staff with excellent local knowledge

The adjacent building is being renovated, which will take time to complete.

Great location, breakfast was nice and had a good variety, staff were incredible! The roof top was a beautiful spot to go and sit throughout the day. Staff helped me book a transfer and also had tour options if you needed. The room was nice and big, air con and fan worked really well.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property. Morning prayers are quite loud around 5:30am so bring some good earplugs!

Nice Place but manager made this experience not so relaxing, we had tò discuss about price as he charges 5% on credit card payment, but everyplace in Zanzibar does not charge anything or charge maximum 3% and when we payed cash he did not accept official change rate but we had to accept his own rate which was higher. We asked for receipt and he refused tò give us. For the rest girls at restaurant for breakfast are very nice and also guys at reception even if manager does not inform them about the tours he manage for tourists. But the room Is nice and clean and breakfast, even if only arab breakfast Is good of you like samosa and falafel at breakfast
