Era spaziosa e accogliente, fornita di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Anche la posizione ottimale, che ci ha permesso di spostarci spesso e volentieri a piedi.

All’arrivo purtroppo le luci dei due bagni non erano funzionanti ma è stato un problema risolto tempestivamente dallo staff.

The location was 25 minutes walk from London eye and Big Ben. It had to bathrooms which was nice, and lots of space. The only thing missing was some kitchen utensils as oven mits, tea towels and cutting boards

The property looked quite different in reality compared to the photos online. While it was generally clean, there was noticeable dust in several areas which made it feel less well-maintained than expected. We were also disappointed with the hot tub experience. The water appeared dirty when we arrived, and although staff said someone would come to change it, nobody ever did. We later discovered that the hot tub wasn’t working at all. The kitchen was also missing several basic items, including wine glasses and spoons, and there was no coffee provided for our stay. Overall, the property has potential, but the attention to detail and maintenance needs significant improvement.
