Location. Bathroom & toilet in each room including in the living/dining areas. Updated fixtures in t&b and kitchen except for one washing machine that didn't work (there were two in the unit); fortunately, one was working.
Many stairs - not recommended for senior and elderly people or those with mobility issues. Cleanliness can be improved. It was dusty on the floors and under the furnitures, although bathrooms & toilets were clean.

It was close to the metro. Appreciated washing machine. Appreciated the 4 bathrooms. The sundeck was a bonus
Clean linen and comfortable beds
The inventory was very out of date we never found the ironing board. The stairs were terrible with large suit cases.

The flat was very clean and comfortable with all necessary appliances. My family of 6 adults felt at home and were able to rest and share meals before and after a day of sightseeing in London.
