Está lejano de playas y sector hotelero, difícil acceso y movilidad, ha un límite de uso de electricidad en la tarifa, se cobra extra si se excede, las camas tienen solamente una almohada y están muy planas ya por el uso excesivo. Los baños están desprovistos de jabón en la ducha, y esta se encuentra habilitada solo con shampoo. Dejan habilitado el apartamento tan solo con un bidón a medio llenar de agua, uno debe proveerse el consumo el resto de la estadía.
