"It was very comfortable, clean and perfect for a family of 3. Very calm neighborhood, no noise, I had everything that we need, even a small wash clothes machine. I felt like I was a local resident. So..."

Beautiful location in a residential street, close to Holland Park tube stop and walking distance to Notting Hill and Kensington High Street. Well equipped apartment on first floor, opening windows for air flow, very quiet at night. Responsive host
The beds were not super comfortable and there were a couple of squeaky doors. Bathroom accessed through bedroom (not an issue but worth being aware of if using the sofa bed in the lounge)

The location wasn't 1 minute from tube, but it was good. 5 minutes of walk and you were at the station.
No fan in the living room.
