Nice sized place and good location. Short 15 minute walk to the beach and to several bars and restaurants. Good place for two couples with each bedroom having its own bathroom with small showers and a 1/2 bath on the first floor. Kitchen was small but had all necessities. Beach chairs were great. Never looked for the pool but it wasn’t obvious where it was located. Didn’t end up using the bikes but they were available. Overall, an excellent place to relax and get some beach time.

We spent a week, including riding out a very stormy 24 hours of Hurricane Helene, in this beautiful, completely renovated two-level condo, located in a very quiet complex just a short walking distance from Coligny Beach. Very spacious living area with nice TV (including the Spectrum cable app. to access standard television programming), fully stocked kitchen, updated bathrooms, and nice bedrooms with lots of closet and drawer space to unpack for your stay. We loved the free bikes and beach chairs that were provided. We highly recommend this condo, but do want to note to prospective renters that the two-story condo requires significant climbing of steps during your stay. Because there is a single level condo located below this unit, to access the condo you must walk up one full level of stairs to get to the front door. Once inside, the living area, kitchen, powder room, and deck are located on the main floor, but you need to climb a second full staircase to access both bedrooms and the two full bathrooms. We chose the condo because we wanted to be up off the ground, and the steps were not an issue for us.
