Cozy Apt in the Heart of New York City!

This property is great. Central location, extremely spacious, comfortable bed, and communicative host. If you are looking for a great stay in Manhattan, I could not recommend this unit more.

Excellent apartment in general. Excellent location with super easy access to the subway and buses, close to the gran central terminal. The apartment is just as the photo shows, super practical and with a kitchen (you save on food's cost), zero noise in the apartment and was clean. There are restaurants, pharmacies, pizza restaurants nearby.

This was in a great area, very walkable and generally safe. I felt like the price was great for the time of the year and the area as well, but there were just a couple things to consider. The showers felt like a motel shower that need for be recaulked due to mold and a bath mat that was very dirty, so it felt gross to step on with clean feet. Also, not taking any stars off from this because it’s out of their control, but it’s important to note that it is an old building so the heat is controlled by the building and can not be shut off, it was very hot, like 83 degrees, so the only solution was to leave the window open at night, which isn’t safe. But overall for the fact that there’s everything you need for a longer trip, it feels larger than a hotel room, and responsive hosts, we would definitely consider staying here again!
