Best thing about it is location. I did save a lot of time and energy being near Grand Central. Go in and out of the 7 train at 3rd for a short walk. And the price was definitely not painful. Some of the staff were very helpful, some were not. Food selection was good, if pricey. Size of the room was solid.

Decor was straight out of the 80s. Note there was no smart TV capabilities, and poor channel selection. I wouldn’t care in a normal length stay. I concur with other reviews that it is incredibly noisy, even in the middle of the night because of its proximity to hospitals and the tunnel. I was lucky enough to be used to city noise. Housekeeping once a week was very kind, but she twice forgot to leave me washcloths in the 5 weeks I was there, once even after I asked. I was called twice by the front desk before 8am unnecessarily. There should not be an assumption we all have 9-5 schedules. Mine is later. The shower pressure was extremely strong, almost painfully so.

L'accueil très sympathique. La qualité de la literie. La fenêtre côté rue calme et non avenue principale.

La saleté de la pièce de tout l'appartement parce que vieux et nettoyage clairement insuffisant. La vétusté du mobilier. L'absence de chaîne de TV française ou francophone.
