(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice and clean, comfortable place to stay. Looks just like the pics. Be careful with the kitchen faucet, sprays in your face when you turn it on, probally need an adjustment or something lol no biggie. Lovely place to stay.

My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend and the listing is accurate. House was very clean. But the living room shared wall (and door like in joining hotel rooms) are very thin. Expect to hear the conversations of your neighbor and also their “relations”. I had to turn out Tav volume up so my child wouldn’t hear what was going on in the bedroom. The only other thing about this property is that the bedroom window opens to the hallway which looks right at the elevator. Beds are comfy. House is updated and stylish. Just be careful of the uncomfortably thin walls.
