Condo #710 is an exceptional END CORNER UNIT (generally has more privacy and quieter) and is located on the 7TH FLOOR with a BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE OCEAN! Just open the sliding glass doors, sit on the HUGE WRAP AROUND BALCONY that wraps around the condo from the dining room to the master bedroom and relax to the comforting sights and sounds of the beautiful sea. It will SLEEP 8 PEOPLE with a KING BED IN TWO OF THE BEDROOMS and 2 full beds in the 3rd. For those of you who love to cook, you will surely enjoy the NEWLY REMODELED FULLY EQUIPPED LARGE KITCHEN with granite counter-tops, NEW APPLIANCES, all the pots, pans, new Kuerig, and any dinnerware you will need for those days when you just want to relax at the resort. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. Our kids had a great time at the water park..

Parking was a bit of a struggle because there is not enough room for multiple vehicles to go up the ramps. Stove takes a long time to heat up. Clean rooms and great balcony view. No toiletries as advertised.(toilet paper, paper towels, etc) A lot of room for a family of 7.

The Cobdo was as promised. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beach umbrella and chairs were helpful. Beach access was quick and easy. We had a great time.

To start off, we did have a great vacation. Overall most of our issues were not with the condo itself, more the overall property. The condo itself is exactly as listed. Bedding and towels were clean. Kitchen was clean. Balcony was our favorite place to hang. Beach access is very close as mentioned so that was awesome. Only issues were the common area floor of the condo was so dirty our feet were black, so bring indoor shoes. The bottom of the shower curtain was a little moldy unfortunately. Just don’t forget toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, sponges, dishwasher pods and laundry dry stuff if you do laundry. Now to start check in was terrible. It says to go to front desk… there actually isn’t one for this building. We finally learned we park In garage across from what we thought was main desk but it was full…. It is extremely tight in there and it was almost impossible to get our Tahoe turned around in there. After calling receptionist a bunch finally found a second garage at front of property and then it’s a decent haul to get to the room. Half of the elevators don’t work so took forever to get anywhere. We found the pools to be disgusting and unusable. Again most of these issues weren’t with the condo itself just have to make people aware of the property issues, was a shame we picked this condo for the pools etc and were disappointed. Thanks for the memories 710!
