About this house rental
This Spacious, Lower Buckhead Home located in the Ardmore Park neighborhood and is walking distance to many restaurants & shops! A spacious backyard is available with a fire pit, outdoor lights and seating area, and a basketball court. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 common areas, and a gorgeous renovated kitchen, this is the perfect stop for your Atlanta visit.
- 2 blocks off of Peachtree Street tucked into a gorgeous neighborhood. The property is about a 10 minute walk to multiple great bars, coffee shops, and restaurants, such as El Azteca, Black Bear Tavern, Starbucks and more! Northside Walking Trail is located 10 minutes away. Additionally, downtown attractions such as Mercedes Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena are a 15 minute drive away.
- The Large Backyard is a haven with multiple outdoor seating options, a fire pit, a hammock, a BBQ Grill, a basketball court, and more!
- Fast Wifi & multiple spots for remote work - a dedicated office is located downstairs, and a second desk area is located in the salon. This is a great spot for people working during the week.
- The kitchen is fabulous and fully stocked for you to be able to cook meals. A coffee maker is provided, along with tea, sugar, spices & olive oil.
- Three Bathrooms available with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & a hair dryer provided, in addition to another half bathroom in the salon.
- The salon includes a Smart TV for streaming, and Xfinity Stream for Live TV options! The additional living room has an indoor fireplace and floor to ceiling glass windows that overlook the backyard oasis.
- Upstairs in the home are three different bedrooms and downstairs in the home is another bedroom and living space, with its own private bathroom and office space.
HOUSE RULES:
- No parties or events, and no smoking!
- If smoking in the house occurs, $1,000 worth of damage fees will automatically be charged. Security cameras are located in the front yard and backyard of this house.
- Do not block the sidewalks with vehicles.
- Only 8 guests are allowed inside the house at any given time.
PARKING: Maximum of two parking spaces available in the driveway.
STAIRCASE for access to downstairs bedroom, downstairs bathroom, and office. You will need to be able to walk up 3 steps to enter the front of the home as well.

What an incredible property. Absolutely wonderful. Our family celebrated a college graduation and the home and property was exactly what we hoped for. Could not have asked for a better stay.

We had a great stay at Kris’s house in ATL. Super cute house in a great location, close to grocery and restaurants. Enough space for my family of four and a great backyard, nicely landscaped. The house was very clean, and since we were flying in to ATL, we appreciated having all the basics there without having to bring them ourselves (like hand/dish soap, shampoo, etc). Kris was super easy to get in touch with too!
