Spacious family home with all modern conveniences, located in a cul-de-sac near the old port of Plouhinec, at the entrance of the Étel Ria. Welcome to this freshly renovated house, a peaceful haven close to the sea.
The house, very welcoming, is suitable for both adults and young children. The garden and terrace allow you to enjoy outdoor living. Exceptional amenities in a privileged location.
This tastefully decorated house consists of a vast common area on the ground floor (living room, dining room) with a South-facing exposure to the garden, an integrated kitchen, a shower room and a bedroom with a reading lounge with sea view. The three additional bedrooms are upstairs and share an additional bathroom and separate toilets. This sleeping area is very pleasant to live in and reflects the house, imbued with conviviality and softness.
The terrace and garden, with a sea view, are the ideal place for outdoor meals.
Parking is available in front of the house. Possible access to the sea through an independent gate located at the back of the property.

The house is located on the edge of the Etel Ria, 500m from essential shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store and wine cellar).
The town centre of Plouhinec and its supermarket are 5 minutes by car.
Market in Plouhinec on Wednesday and in Belz on Sunday.
Near the Lorois bridge, which spans the Ria d'Etel, its location allows you to easily reach Belz, enjoy the activities at the port of Etel, visit the megalithic sites of Erdeven and Carnac, stroll along the quays of Saint Cado, discover the Bay of Quiberon and enjoy the multiple nautical activities offered.
