Spacious, comfortable family home near the old port of Plouhinec, at the entrance to the Ria d'Étel. Welcome to this newly renovated house, a haven of peace close to the sea.
The house is very friendly, suitable for young and old alike. The garden and terrace are perfect for outdoor living. Exceptional features in a prime location.
This tastefully decorated house is constitute of a ground floor comprises a large common room (living room, dining room) with south-facing views over the garden, a fitted kitchen, a shower room and a bedroom with a reading room overlooking the sea. The three additional bedrooms are upstairs and share an additional bathroom and separate toilet. This sleeping area is very pleasant to live in and reflects the image of the house, imbued with friendliness and softness.
The terrace and garden, with sea views, are ideal for outdoor meals.
Parking is available in front of the house. Access to the sea is via a separate gate at the rear of the property.
