The first is connected to the terrace and furnished with; a dining table, a sofa and several armchairs, the second is equipped with four sofas, an armchair and a flat-screen HDTV. The separate eat-in kitchen is fitted with; a coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a breakfast table.

The property is situated in the city of Genoa on the Ligurian coastline in northwest Italy. The apartment is a 1-minute walk from Villa Croce Museum of Contemporary Art and a 15-minute walk from San Vincenzo, Genoa’s vibrant commercial district.

Ideally situated for exploring Genoa’s attractions, "Porto Antico," the revitalised waterfront full of shops, restaurants and attractions is a 25-minute walk from the property and the Aquarium of Genoa, is a 20-minute walk (both a 5-minute drive). The town’s historic centre, "Centro Storico" a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a 20-minute walk with its medieval palaces, churches and bustling squares.

Visitors can also explore the colourful fishing village of Camogli (a 30-minute drive), the beautiful beaches of Boccadasse and Vernazzola, (both a 10-minute drive) and the iconic harbour at Portofino (a 45-minute drive).
