About this apartment rental
A 70 sq. meters apartment, situated at the Acropolis area. Ideal for those who want to explore everything on foot. Acropolis is 7-8 minutes walking, 4 min from Plaka, the Acropolis museum and its metro stop. Apartment consists of
1 bedroom with double bed and attached bathroom (bed 1.40 x 2.00 meters)

- With every stay regardless the length of stay, we offer 2 rolls of toilet paper shampoo and hand soap. We can not provide anything else during your stay , only Hotels are allowed
The entire apartment and its amenities are at your exclusive use.
Late check in fee for arrivals between 21.00 - 00.00
After midnight arrivals arrivals are accepted ONLY by pre arranged transfer
You need to inform us about your exact arrival check in time at least 24 hours in advance.
There are 2 options to reach the apartment.
1) Send us your flight / ferry details and we will arrange a private transfer (extra cost).
2) Arriving by yourself and meet you at the apartment.
This option is available for arrivals within the apartment's check in timetable
Boilers in Greece are electric , so we always wait for at least 20 minutes in order to have enough hot water
In our country we do NOT throw toilet paper in the toilet bowl

Helena’s property was everything we needed and expected. Very close to all the major sites, so walkable. We had some major airline complications and I was not as good of a communicator as I like to be. But Helena was so gracious, kind, and friendly. If we’re ever in Athens again, we would love staying at this property.

Communication with Helena was incredible. Her instructions included videos, pictures and easy to understand directions. Made our first time trying VRBO so easy. Had an incredible stay. 100% recommend her place as it was close to the main attraction and well cared for. Thank you!

Amazing place. Centrally located close to so many attractions. Had everything you needed for a weeks stay. Two bathrooms was so useful. Would recommend
