The Best of Both Worlds apartment is a 78 square metre apartment with an additional 12 square metre balcony, and it is located in a residential area where you can experience life like a local and yet, you are less than 1km from the Acropolis.
You are only 200 metres from the metro station and the tram station which brings you to the beach. The apartment is close to amenities including a supermarket, pharmacy, cafes and the popular Drakou Street with many eateries. All of these are within a five minute walking distance.
The apartment is on the first floor which can be accessed by an elevator. There are three rooms in this apartment, the first is a living room and office, with a dedicated work space and sofa bed, the second room has two twin beds (90 x 200cm) which can be combined or separated, and the third room has a king sized bed (180 x 200cm). Each of the rooms has been equipped with a work desk and has high speed internet connection. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the apartment. All the appliances are of high quality and are from Bosch, Samsung and Philips.
The apartment has been newly renovated with inspiration from sand and stone, representing the best of both worlds - Greek island living and the archaeological precinct that the apartment is centrally located in.

It is conveniently located a minute away from the Sygrou-Fix station and eateries which makes it a convenient base to get around to the Acropolis, Koukaki and Plaka area. The apartment is well equipped and clean. Each room has a seperate AC, window shutter and access to a shared balcony. The apartment is modern, clean, beds extremely comfortable, shower pressure excellent. A lift to help you with your bursting luggage with all your purchases.The area is lively. The host is responsive and accommodating with clear communication and check in instructions. We love everything about it for our first visit to Athens, Greece.

Everything here was perfect. The location was wonderful. The check-in instructions were detailed. The place was clean. The hosts even left this binder with an incredibly comprehensive overview of things to do in the area and whatnot. And the hosts were very responsive the whole time. I cannot recommend this place enough!

My family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights on our final leg of our European trip. We were very pleased to have picked this accommodation as we were having to deal with Greece's heatwave. It was great that all rooms were air conditioned. The room separation was nice as we had certain family members who would wake up much earlier than others. The beds were very comfortable for a good night's sleep and the in-window shade-sliders provide a good black-out when we wanted to "sleep in". Overall a beautiful and spacious house. Grocery, Bakeries, Pharmacy and Metro all within 5-10 minute walking distance. Highly recommend
