The Best of Both Worlds apartment is a 78 square metre apartment with an additional 12 square metre balcony, and it is located in a residential area where you can experience life like a local and yet, you are less than 1km from the Acropolis.
You are only 200 metres from the metro station and the tram station which brings you to the beach. The apartment is close to amenities including a supermarket, pharmacy, cafes and the popular Drakou Street with many eateries. All of these are within a five minute walking distance.
The apartment is on the first floor which can be accessed by an elevator. There are three rooms in this apartment, the first is a living room and office, with a dedicated work space and sofa bed, the second room has two twin beds (90 x 200cm) which can be combined or separated, and the third room has a king sized bed (180 x 200cm). Each of the rooms has been equipped with a work desk and has high speed internet connection. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the apartment. All the appliances are of high quality and are from Bosch, Samsung and Philips.
The apartment has been newly renovated with inspiration from sand and stone, representing the best of both worlds - Greek island living and the archaeological precinct that the apartment is centrally located in.

My family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights on our final leg of our European trip. We were very pleased to have picked this accommodation as we were having to deal with Greece's heatwave. It was great that all rooms were air conditioned. The room separation was nice as we had certain family members who would wake up much earlier than others. The beds were very comfortable for a good night's sleep and the in-window shade-sliders provide a good black-out when we wanted to "sleep in". Overall a beautiful and spacious house. Grocery, Bakeries, Pharmacy and Metro all within 5-10 minute walking distance. Highly recommend

This was a lovely place to stay and explore Athens. Communication was excellent right from initial booking and hosts arranged for a lovely driver to pick us up at the airport for slightly less than a taxi would have cost, plus suggested good local places to eat. The apartment has a lot of space and the living room with sofa bed has a door so could be used as an extra room. The dining area is very big and the whole place feels very spacious. The location is great although I did knock one star off for accuracy of listing because the location shown on the listing is about 5 mins walk further south from where the apartment is (it's just the other side south of the main road where the metro station is). Everything was still walkable for us but people relying on/expecting to be that bit closer to the Acropolis etc might like to know it's that tiny bit further out. This does however mean it's actually closer to a tram stop.

This place has lots of room! It’s spacious and clean, with access to all the sights within 20min walk. Keep in mind that the property has a bit of a hill in front to get to the Main Street.
