The furnished concrete 14'x30' private pool (heat available for an additional fee of $550) and hot tub area provides for hours of entertainment and sunbathing. The lower level opens to a game room with a pool table, wet bar with microwave, refrigerator, and TV. Also found on this level is a bedroom with two bunk sets with TV, and access to the full bath.

On the mid level, you will find two king en suites with private baths. There is a den/TV room, hall bath, and another king bedroom with a ceiling fan and TV.

The top level boasts an expansive great room with a living area complete with gas fireplace, TV, DVD and ceiling fan, as well as a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, additional sitting area, half bath, screened porch, and soundside facing balcony. The final king en suite with private bath is also on this level, with easy access to the main living area.

All three levels have furnished sundecks and level three offers ocean views galore. Fantasize no more. This vacation spot will turn your Beach Fantasy into a reality!
