Jessica's Dune, an oceanside home in Duck, is the perfect location for your Outer Banks beach vacation. Everyone in the family will love vacationing in Jessica’s Dune, even your four-legged member! This pet-friendly home boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the Currituck Sound and is only 475 yards to the beach! After a long day at the beach, enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the private hot tub, deck or pool. Feel the warm, summer breeze from the screened-in porch and soak up your next vacation at Jessica's Dune. The home provides a private saltwater pool with sound views!
There will be no problem keeping family entertained at night or on those rare rainy days, as a recreation room with split-level HVAC, a pool table, a wet bar, and a 32" HDTV will easily occupy them for hours.
This home rents from Friday to Friday, allowing you to miss all the Saturday traffic and have the best spot on the beach while others are still making their way here.
You will fall in love with the newly remodeled kitchen! Enjoy the glorious view from the en suite, with all-new windows overlooking the sound. Also enjoy new pet-friendly flooring, new exterior furniture, and a new fire pit!

The private, unheated pool is available from the second week of May to the second week of October. Pool size is approximately 16’ x 35’.
Jessica's Dune is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
