The back patio has south views of the Palmer Private Course 6th green and 7th tee box overlooking the lake as well as west views of the Santa Rosa Mountains down the 6th fairway. This end unit offers privacy, tranquility, and majestic views day and night. Two community pools and spas are just steps away from our home. The garage is temperature controlled and has an EV charger. Now the garage is stocked with a 6 person golf cart for cruising around PGA West or adventuring into Old Town La Quinta. And the kitchen has a brand new natural gas range.

All of the bathrooms are updated with state of the art lighted/heated mirrors. The dining room is set for 6 and the eat in kitchen has every appliance and cooking utensil you could need even for a large Thanksgiving dinner. You can enjoy sunset cocktails on the patio looking out at the mountains and follow it up with dinner outside at the table with seating for six.

The property has the ‘wow’ factor as it should…it was impeccably presented and every facility and kitchen appliance of a high standard. A fully equipped house and large amount of good quality dining and kitchen utensils. The view of the Santa Rosa mountains and of the golf course from the patio was stunning, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch or dinner outside but equally inside if the weather breaks. It was lovely to walk around the estate or drive the golf cart. The communal pool facilities were also excellent and relaxing. So many pools available throughout the estate. Hugh was an excellent contact, communication prompt and always helpful. We have stayed in the area previously and we look forward to another stay at this property.

Hugh was an amazing host. Responded in minutes to any question. The home was just renovated and shows to perfection. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and we ate more than half of our meals in. Lovely south facing unit with great views of the golf course and also the mountains. Really nice to have a couple of bikes to spin around PGA west for some exercise. Enjoyed staying here for 5 weeks and would absolutely love to stay here again.
