• Spacious living room with ample seating and a TV for family movie nights
• Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender
• Master bedroom with its own TV and easy access to a private balcony to enjoy ocean breezes and views
• Second bedroom also with a TV
• Both bathrooms equipped with fresh towels and essential toiletries
• Additional amenities: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV
• Enhanced cleaning practices for your comfort, including disinfected high-touch surfaces and towels and bedding washed in hot water

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
