Easily accessible first floor (no annoying upper floor stairs to climb!) exquisitely decorated, two-bedroom condo overlooking the ocean, pool and marsh/golf course. Located on highly desirable Shore Drive (no through traffic!) in Myrtle Beach, this attractive and relaxing condominium has been a favorite of families for years. Sleeps six, has two bedrooms (master queen, 2nd bedroom two twins - NEW MATTRESSES / BOX SPRINGS JUNE 2020), repainted and new mattress / pillow covers and many other added features 2021, including new comfortable sleeper-sofa in living room, and two baths (including greatly expanded modern master shower / bath), spacious, fully equipped full feature kitchen w/granite countertops, accent lighting, plus sleeper sofa (queen) in the tastefully decorated living room, large screen TVs and new sound system and a deck offering stunning views from the NEW tall chairs. Also, August 2021 the balcony / deck was completely rebuilt and offers an idyllic and tranquil spot to enjoy the views of the beach / ocean, court yard / pool, and the marsh / Dunes golf course.

The condo is literally located on the beach! Just steps out the front door onto the spacious beach, pool and Ocean Annie’s, A Place at The Beach III on secluded yet wonderfully located Shore Drive has been a favorite destination for vacationers for years. All conveniences featured: coffee maker / grinder, hair dryers, TVs, DVDs, stereos/CD, alarm clocks, beach chairs, etc. It is easy to see why our many renters return to this unit year after year and give it EXCEPTIONAL REVIEWS!

Famous Ocean Annies beach bar is located adjacent to the condo complex and just steps from the front door. Also just a short walk up Shore Drive to the Straw Market and Flip Flops Bar and Grill, Nucci’s Pizza and other shops. Also close to famous Restaurant Row, endless shopping and attractions at Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet, Broadway at the Beach, plus over 100 excellent golf courses, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Hard Rock Café, night life, great fishing, and much more in the vibrant Grand Strand area!
Also near the popular nightclub 2001, top restaurants, Kroger’s grocery store and Walmart superstore, Marshalls, Ross, Tanger Outlets (all about 1-2 miles away) and much more. Also 1-2 miles away restaurants: Finn McCools, Firehouse Bar & Grill, Bimini’s, SoHo and Clearwaters (both new for 2021 and on the intracoastal) There is as much exciting activity or placid relaxation as you would like to make your vacation truly memorable.
Facility rules prohibit pets and motorcycles, trailers, boats and campers. No Smoking Allowed in the Condominium. Minimum age to rent is 25 years of age and responsible adult must be on premises. Rental is subject to and conditioned on full compliance with the APATB III and condo unit agreement terms, rules and regulations.

It was flat out horrible to sleep on. Definitely needs to be replaced.Cleaniness- it was ok at first glance. Ceiling fans had a layer of dust, bedroom blinds were horrible, and felt like we were walking on sand and hadn't even went to the beach yet. I was not happy to find out that the condos didn't have a hot tub as described. When messaging the host to find out where it/they were, was told that the hotel next door had them. Felt kind of weird that it would be mentioned in listing and not knowing if it was ideal to be next door using hot tubs or not.Refrigerator has water and ice maker, and that is not hooked up. You must buy ice, or use the 2 ice trays in freezer. Was too late to realize for beach day.Not the owner's fault- there are lights that are in the kitchen/bar area that have the dimmer switches, unbeknown in the dark, couldn't figure out why we couldn't get the lights on. Also the weekwe were there, the entire place was getting lanscaped. Felt very weird to sit on balcony and watch the guys tear up the grass and put new down. On the windy days it would have been nice to sit next to pool versus the beach, but it was not peaceful due to the equipment and whatnot noise starting at 9am.
