• Fully-equipped kitchen: stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and 4-slot toaster
• Dining options: dine at the cozy table or enjoy your meals on the private balcony overlooking the ocean
On-site Amenities:
• Communal outdoor pool and patio area for lounging and sunbathing
• On-site laundry facilities for convenience
• Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit

• Minimum booking age: 25
• You must also provide a copy of your drivers license and sign our rental agreement in order to book.
• Please note that some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Feel free to reach out to us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
• No pets allowed and non-smoking property
• We do not rent to locals
**ONE parking pass per unit**
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
