Welcome to your ultimate vacation destination on the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand! We grew up vacationing all along the Strand for years before finding this oceanfront condo unparalleled for relaxation and excitement. Located on secluded Shore Drive, 'A Place at the Beach IV' is directly on the beach. It is a quiet 3 story building with a cozy village-like atmosphere featuring well manicured grounds and a fabulous pool area. As the reviews will tell you, this is one of the nicest units in the building!
Perched on the top floor, our updated condo provides enhanced privacy and a wonderful view of the ocean and the Apache Pier. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or a grill master, there is a well equipped kitchen and a poolside cookout area to enjoy. This condo is well maintained and appointed with amenities to delight both adults and children alike. After all, we cherish our family vacations here too!
• Sleeps 6… Master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a full & twin beds &
Living area has a queen size sofa bed.
• 2 full bathrooms. Bath towels & bed linens are provided.
• Fully equipped kitchen - solid surface countertops. Table for 4 plus breakfast bar.
• TVs with cable in all rooms, DVD, high speed Spectrum Cable internet/Wifi
• Morning sun, afternoon shade on balcony (a big plus!)
• Coin-op washer/dryer room on each floor
• Fabulous outdoor swimming pool area with nice lounge chairs & kiddie pool,
outdoor barbecue grills with picnic tables

Kathi was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The property is in a great location and was very clean upon arrival. It had a fully stocked kitchen and she even provided beach chairs! It is on the third level so keep in mind you have to climb the stairs.

Love the location. Shore Drive area has so much to offer and the beaches our front of the unit are among the widest, flattest on the strand. Easy access via US 22 (Conway Bypass) and never have to get out on business 17. Many walkable restaurants.

This is the second stay at this condo and it was a fabulous trip again. We will be back

We unfortunately visited during Debby so it rained every day. The location and residence were both accommodating to deal with all the rain. There were a lot of indoor activities to do within a short drive or even a short walk. We would definitely choose this location again. Kathi even called to check on us during the storms and to give us ideas on what we could do to pass time.
