About this apartment rental
One of a kind, luxury apartment located in north Belfast.
Lovingly restored with sumptuous furnishings we are sure you will enjoy our oasis of calm whether you are visiting Belfast for business or leisure.
If you do manage to pull yourself away from the apartment you will find many conveniences right on your doorstep and many more in the city centre which is just 5 minutes away.
Free parking is available.
The living room/dining and kitchen area is all open plan and has been lovingly brought back to life with dark tones to create a sense of calm and luxury. Sumptuous sofas, a 70" TV, a beautifully presented reading nook, a large dining table which is perfect for either working from or eating at, and a lovely fully equipped kitchen all await our guests.
Heading through the hallway you will find the main bathroom which has been painstakingly restored with beautiful lighting to create an oasis of calm.
We have two bedrooms - one with bunk beds and the other with a King bed (en suite). The bedrooms are equipped with top of the range mattresses that will ensure a restful night's sleep and like the rest of the apartment, avail of a real airiness thanks to the high curved brick ceilings.
We are located in north Belfast and are right beside really useful amenities such as a Lidl supermarket, a large gym, and a Starbucks drive thru!
We are on the fringes of the city centre which can be reached in just 5 minutes.
Free parking is available but if looking to get around by public transport, we are just 4 minutes walk from the bus stop.
Guests can access the entire space
No parties / loud noise / extra guests at any time. The stay will be cancelled immediately without refund when discovered.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
