Welcome to Robin's Nest 🪺- a beachy retreat on Prominence in 30A! This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome offers comfort and resort- style amenities. The community pool, outdoor spaces and proximity to the beach make it a win-win! The perfect home to bring your family and friends, sleeps 6! Features to love: 5 min walk to the pool (seasonally heated as well!) and you're right across the street from 30A favorite, the "Big Chill".

Primary bedroom: Queen bed with En Suite bathroom attached with dual rain shower head. This room also features a ceiling fan and smart tv.
Guest bedroom – Queen bed with walk out balcony access, ceiling fan, smart tv, and access to shared full bath.
Living room couch -- Queen pull out sofa bed
✨Where's the beach?
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Closest to Prominence and newly renovated! It is under a 5-minute golf cart ride or bike ride West on 30A from Prominence. This beach access has 50 parking spots available along with bathrooms and dining pavilions equipped with charcoal grills. The boardwalk here is lengthy (about a quarter mile), There is a $3 entry fee per vehicle that can be paid with cash on site or can also be reserved in advance.
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access: Best for bike rides to the beach and is a 7 minute ride East on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. There are newly placed "No Parking" signs on the South shoulder that prohibit parking golf carts on the South shoulder directly next to the Gulf Lakes Access and Pelican Circle community all the way to Camp Creek Lake.
- Seabreeze Beach Access: Right past Gulf Lakes Access and is another option with available North side 30A shoulder parking slightly closer to its entry. You can park and use the nearby crosswalk to crossover 30A directly to the access entry.
- Walton Dunes Beach Access: 10 min. golf cart ride West on 30A from Prominence. If you don't feel like paying the $3 at Deer Lake, then this is our favorite beach. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry. Walton Dunes is an easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is a good option for dropping off passengers and gear then parking in the nearby lot. The parking lot is limited, so getting here early is suggested. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride a bike.
- Inlet Beach Regional Access: 15-minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98.

This was our first trip to the infamous 30A . The condo was clean, beds were comfortable. This listing was perfect for our family, we loved the walkability to nearby shops, restaurants, and Deer Lake state park. The pool area was well maintained and kept clean. Owners responded quickly to any question we had, which was nice. My only suggestion to the owners would be to adding a full length mirror in the house. I would most definately rent this condo again.

So, I have to say that the hosts were amazing. They answered all of our questions and responded very quickly. You really could not have asked for better hosts. That being said, you were disappointed about a few things:1. The pool was not heated. We paid an extra 200 to change weekends (which the host accommodated us for as we had booked a different weekend initially. We are very happy with how accommodating they were), so we were pretty sad that it was ice cold.2. The internet did not work/the password was incorrect. I was not bothered by this because I wanted to unplug, but my mom was a little frustrated that she could not access the internet during our stay.3. The golf cart didn't work. It was bone dry and not charged. So, we charged the golf cart and filled it up with gas and tried everything the host suggested, but we could not get it to work.4. The floors were very dirty. We found old dog food and our feet were black if we did not wear socks.5. We had issues with the doors. We couldn't get the front door code to work (thankfully the host helped us with the key)6. The towel bars were not really strong enough to hold a towel. Overall, though, the unit was clean and smelled good! It is in a great location and the amenities are wonderful. It was a peaceful and pleasant stay despite a few disappointments.
