The 32-square-meter apartment consists of:
- a separate bedroom with a double bed and a closet with hangers
- a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed and storage drawers
- a kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a top-mounted refrigerator, a filter coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, a toaster, and an electric griddle.
- a bathroom with a shower
- a separate toilet
Plenty of closets and storage space
- a covered patio opening onto a small garden with outdoor furniture.
Available: 2 lounge chairs, a table and 4 garden chairs, a parasol and parasol stand, an iron, a clothesline, and a vacuum cleaner.
Two 220x240 duvets and 4 pillows are provided.
Linens not provided (available for rent).

On-site: Free access to the pool, open starting May 1 and heated from May 15 through September 15; swan necks, a hot tub, and a children’s wading pool. A magnetic badge grants you access to the pool; blue wristbands are also required while in the pool.
These badges and wristbands are provided for your use; if you lose a wristband or badge, you will be charged €50.

A bike rental service is available on-site from April through September.
Food trucks are on-site at the Saint-Émilion parking lot from July through September.

A laundry facility (washer and dryer) is available on-site from April through September.

Close to ocean and lake beaches, shops, golf courses, water sports (surfing, sailing), and the forest. Everything is accessible via bike paths.
